The Duxford Airshow: Part 3

Okay so this will be the final part of this series.

If you have arrived here directly, the other parts can be reached here;

So this post is more a tidy up of the remaining photos. First up we have a series of the Dutch B-25 Mitchell. Put on an impressive display early on and grabbed a couple of nice photos.

A regular at Duxford in recent years is this Grumman F8F Bearcat, always puts on an impressive and fast display. Makes it very hard to grab any pics in the air but I have also seen it so much that I already have that covered. Here are a few from the ground…

And finally here are some miscellaneous pics that dont fit specifically into the other areas I have covered over the last 2 posts, including the likes of the Me-109 (Buchon 1112)

So that concludes this series from the Duxford September Airshow. All in all an amazing day and glad we stayed until the end to see the Typhoon. I enjoyed the gold pass and is really great if you have older people with you as it makes their day far easier as they have a proper place to sit without too much walking. For my usual visits though, I will go back to the normal admission.

Cheers
